Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our return policy is designed to be flexible and accommodating to the needs of our customers.

We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and that's why we have a policy in place to make sure everyone is satisfied. In general, our return policy applies in the following cases:

• Defective products: In the event that you receive a product that is defective, we will gladly exchange it for you at no additional cost. Additionally, we will refund any postage costs you may have incurred in returning the defective product to us. Please note: to be eligible for a full refund, it is required to provide us with a photo/video reference of the defect. Once we receive your photo/video documentation, our team will carefully review it to fully understand the issue. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll immediately proceed with the refund process and ensure a satisfactory resolution for you.

• Buyer's remorse: If you change your mind about a purchase and would like to return an item, we will accept the return as long as you cover the shipping costs.

In addition to these general cases, we also offer extended return periods around major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. For items purchased up to 2 weeks before these holidays, you can return or exchange them within 60 days of the holiday.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Remember, that you as a customer are responsible for the contents of the package until we receive it. We therefore recommend sending a package with tracking for return shipments. Remember to email us the tracking number: contact@pandadrum.com.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 30 days (or the applicable period) after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Uncollected packages

In the case of uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge you as a customer a fee of $30 - which goes to cover the costs we have had in connection with shipping / handling, as well as accrued interest and fees for invoice purchases.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. (with exception of all Panda Drum models, which are subject to the refund/return policy)

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@pandadrum.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to an address provided to you by our customer service.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-4 business days. Please allow 4-20 business days for delivery via our free standard shipping option. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

We Ship from: Norway, USA, China. Depending on your location and product availability in each of our warehouses, your Panda Drum will be shipped from a location that will ensure the fastest delivery to your door.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

• Our international shipping times will vary depending on location (from 7-21 days).
• Our average shipping time to the US and most European countries is around 7 business days, though it can be as few as 4 and as many as 20. In exceptional cases of particularly high demand you may have to wait 35 days.
• We do offer a 35-day shipping guarantee. If your product doesn’t reach you in that time, we will send you a replacement completely for free, at no cost to you. Simply contact ushere.

• We are currently delivering to all regions.
